What kind of product will I receive?
You will receive a digital download (printable file). No physical item will be shipped by mail. After your purchase is completed, you can download the files directly through Etsy.
How do I print the labels?
The labels are designed to fit on 8.5x11” full sheet sticker paper. You can print them at home using your own printer, or you can order prints from a local/online printing service. After printing, simply cut out the labels and apply them to the bottles.
What type of paper should I use?
For the best results, I recommend glossy and waterproof full sheet sticker paper. This ensures vibrant colors and durability. Don’t forget to remove the original labels from the bottles before applying the new ones.
Can I edit the files myself?
No, the files are not self-editable. I will customize them for you based on the personalization details you provide, and then send you the ready-to-print files.
Can I request changes after receiving my files?
Yes! I offer unlimited free revisions. If you’d like any text, color, or detail adjusted, I’ll be happy to update the files until you are fully satisfied.
What if I can’t download my files from Etsy?
Sometimes buyers who checkout as a guest (without an Etsy account) don’t see the download option. In that case, I can send the files directly to your email address — just let me know.
Can I use these labels for different bottle sizes?
Yes! The labels are designed in a standard size, but you can easily scale them during printing to fit smaller or larger bottles. Many of my customers use them for wine, champagne, whiskey, or even mini bottles. If you’re unsure, just ask me and I’ll guide you.
Do you offer matching designs (invitations, thank you cards, signs)?
Absolutely! I offer a range of coordinating items such as invitations, welcome signs, and thank you cards. If you’d like a full matching set for your event, let me know and I can create a custom bundle just for you.
Can I order a custom design?
